To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality if it is the practice of An Garda Síochána to test drivers involved in accidents for the presence of alcohol or illegal drugs at all accidents at which gardaí are present; the number of those tested to date; the number that tested positive for the presence of illegal drugs or alcohol; the number not tested for the presence of illegal drugs or alcohol; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
