To ask the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) was not informed that their medical card was being reviewed prior to the date of expiry of the card; the further reason that they were not informed that their medical card was revoked following the review; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter I have asked the HSE to reply to the Deputy directly.
