1094. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the sections and parts of all legislation brought forward by his Department in each of the past four years that have yet to be commenced; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25186/18]

The current sections and parts of any primary legislation brought forward by my Department in the last four years that are yet to be commenced are outlined in the following table below with an explanation provided in each different case.
