To ask the Minister for Health the number of midwifery and obstetrician-gynaecologist staff employed in the maternity unit of South Tipperary General Hospital; the number employed in each of the past five years: the number of births in the past five years; the number of unfilled or vacant posts; the length of time that such posts have remained vacant; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
