To ask the Minister for Health his plans to include a protest exclusion zone as part of the legislation to be enacted following the recent referendum in the interests of the mental health and personal safety of both patients and healthcare providers as well as on data protection grounds; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A Bill to Regulate Termination of Pregnancy is currently being drafted. The issue of exclusion zones will be examined in the context of this legislation.
