An application for domiciliary care allowance (DCA) was received from this lady on the 3^rdApril 2018. Applications received in mid- March 2018 are currently being finalised. The application will be considered by a deciding officer and the decision notified to her as soon as possible.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
