98. To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if land procured by the IDA for use by foreign multinational corporations is retained in ownership by the State or the IDA and leased to those corporations on a leasehold basis; and if not, if the land is transferred into the ownership of foreign industry following its procurement by the IDA. IDA properties are made available to the Agency's clients by way of long term leasehold agreements. These leases carry certain use restrictions, such as stipulations that the property can only be used for industrial use or services ancillary to such use.
