To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the State is estimating that the trial alone for the current pensioners of IASS will take up to 12 weeks and has cost nearly €1.5 million already to bring it to this stage; if he will request the SCA to engage in mediation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
