The HSE National Cancer Control Programme have advised that there is a national ovarian cancer GP referral guideline in place (a copy has been provided to the Deputy). This referral guideline includes a pathway to urgent ultrasound, if required.
With regard to the particular hospital raised in the Deputy's question, I have asked the HSE to respond to the Deputy directly.
