To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment the way in which he plans to deal with the legal and reputational consequences for Ireland should it breach its statutory obligations under the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants in view of the fact that An Bord Pleanála has approved a company's (details supplied) application for an incinerator at a location; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
