As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly.

As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly.
However, there is insufficient information contained in the PQ for the HSE to investigate this issue. Therefore the Deputy should forward the requested information directly to the HSE.
