I am advised that my Department complies with the "Code of practice for the employment of people with disability in the Civil Service" and that 20 staff, 3.15% of my Department's employees, have a disability according to the definition provided in the Disability Act, 2005. This figure exceeds the current target of 3% set out in the legislation and equates to 14 whole time equivalent staff.
