To ask the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if her attention has been drawn to the considerable numbers of businesses and persons operating as fitters of new car parts, for example, exhaust engines or tyres that are not adequately trained or equipped to provide these services and the considerable consumer protection and road safety concerns that arise from this; and the steps she is considering to address this.
