The table below sets out the number of staff assigned to my Department’s Press Office each year since 2015.

In May 2017, an Executive Officer was assigned to the Press Office while one Clerical Officer and one temporary Clerical Officer were reassigned to other duties. The Acting Assistant Principal Officer reports to a Principal Officer, who is Head of the Corporate Support and Communications Division.

In addition, an Assistant Principal Officer has communications responsibilities as part of their role. One of my Special Advisers also operates in a Press Adviser capacity.
