To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of fines issued by the revenue protection unit of the Luas operator in the past three years; the number of these fines that were appealed; the number of successful appeals; the way in which the funds collected from fines are used by the company; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
