To ask the Minister for Health the reason open disclosure was not maintained between the HSE and families affected by probable missed cancers at Wexford General Hospital during the completion of the external review of a case (details supplied) in spite of the HSE's prior commitment to open disclosure with the families concerned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
