213. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the status of plans to increase the compulsory retirement age from 65 to 70 years of age for public servants recruited after 1 April 2004 as per his announcement in December 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9626/18]

The legislation is on the list of priority legislation for publication in the Spring/Summer Session 2018.
