To ask the Minister for Rural and Community Development to set out in tabular form the amount spent by his Department on photography, by photographer or agency; the amount spent on public relations or communications advice external to the media officers of his Department, by agency; the use of public relations or communications advice by an agency fully funded by his Department, by agency and month, since 1 January 2016; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Rural and Community Development was established on 19 July 2017. Any information relating to the functions transferred to this Department, for the requested period prior to that date, will be reported on by the relevant previous parent Departments, in their responses. The information in the following tables is from the date of establishment of the Department.

Four state bodies fall under the remit of my Department, Pobal, Irish Water Safety, the Western Development Commission and the Charities Regulatory Authority. The information relating to these bodies is from 1st January 2016 in the following table.  As you may be aware, Pobal is not fully funded by this Department. However, as the lead Department for that body, we have obtained the required information from Pobal.
