To ask the Minister for Health the full range of supports and services that will be put in place for persons attending a centre (details supplied) in County Kildare once the new primary care centre opens in Kilcock; if those supports and services will be transferred over to the new primary care centre; if existing services will be maintained into the future; if families have been notified in regard to proposed changes in supports and services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
