To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the number of freedom of information requests received by her Department in each of the years 2013 to 2017; the average time taken in these years to complete the requests by her Department; the number of requests to her Department for these years that ran beyond the deadline for the request; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The total number of FOI requests received by my Department and its Offices in each of the years 2013 to 2017 and the average time taken to complete these requests are set out in the table.

I can confirm that all of the FOI requests received were decided upon within the prescribed timeframes prescribed in the Freedom of Information Acts 1997, 2003 and 2014.
