To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if the Office of Government Procurement has been involved with the procurement process for a development (details supplied); if so, the date the office became involved; the stage the procurement process is at; the reason for the delay in the procurement process; when he expects the procurement process to be completed and for development to commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the Office of Government Procurement has not had any involvement in the procurement process for the development referred to by the deputy.
