To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the involvement his Department has had in respect of contracts with a company (details supplied) that provide public private partnership contracts; the nature of the contract; if it was for capital construction or service supply; the duration of each contract; the value of fee commitments; the alternative arrangements he has made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform has no current contracts with the company in question.

The table sets out details of previous contracts the Department had with the company and details of a relevant Office of Government Procurement framework.  None of these contracts related to capital construction.
