To ask the Minister for Health his plans to expand availability of Naloxone to persons who use drugs as stated in the national drugs strategy, Reducing Harm, Supporting Recovery 2017 to 2025; the level of availability for naloxone; the locations in which it is available; the number of occasions it has been used in an emergency situation in 2016, 2017, and to date in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
