The project at Lord Edward Street, Limerick, which consists of 81 units, has an overall capital budget of over €19 million including land acquisition, site development and enabling works. Construction commenced in February 2016 and was expected to take 18 months to complete. The houses were completed in December 2017 and they are currently being tenanted.
