To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the section 38 and 39 organisations funded by the State, that is publicly, funded employees who work in publicly funded institutions in which the employer is not deemed to be part of the public service; the amount they received in respect of staff wages in each of the years 2010 to 2017; the funding that will be provided to these organisations to facilitate pay restoration in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
