To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the amount of money paid out by the State Claims Agency in respect of personal injury claims, including and excluding medical negligence claims, for each of the years 2010 to 2017, inclusive, by relevant State body the claims related to; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
