In my reply to the previous PQ on this matter (46356/17) I confirmed that the applicant’s initial appeal to the Department was unsuccessful and that the applicant was advised that he had the option to seek a review of this decision to a higher officer of the Department and also a subsequent right of appeal to the Agriculture Appeals Office.
Since then the applicant has submitted an appeal to the Agriculture Appeals Office who have been in contact with the applicant to arrange an Oral hearing at the end of January 2018.
