To ask the Minister for Health the number of whole time equivalent staff working in CAMHS services in the counties Laois and Offaly catchment area as a percentage of the staffing levels recommended in A Vision for Change; the number of CAMHS staff working in a locum position; if locum CAMHS staff are qualified for the positions they are filling; and if locum consultant child and adolescent psychiatrists are on the Medical Council specialist register for child psychiatry.
