To ask the Minister for Health the name and number of organisations here that are in receipt of funding from his Department that have expended resources seeking the repeal of the eighth amendment; the amount these organisations have received from the State in the past five years; the amount that they have spent on this particular campaign during that time; the number of organisations here that are in receipt of funding from his Department that have expended resources seeking the retention of the eighth amendment; the amount these organisations have received from the State in the past five years; and the amount of money that they have spent on this particular campaign during that time. The Department of Health does not hold the detailed information sought by the Deputy on campaign funding regarding the Eighth Amendment. A list of organisations in receipt of direct funding from the Department of Health may be provided to the Deputy in follow-up correspondence, should this be useful.
