I propose to take Questions Nos. 763 and 764 together.
The Ministerial Air Transport Service (MATS) provides the Government and the President with an independent, flexible and effective air transport service to assist in meeting national and international obligations. Details of use of the MATS by Ministers are published by the Department of Defence at . I have made no use of the Service since coming into office.
The MATS has been used by my Department on five occasions since its establishment in June 2011, details of which are set out in the table below.
