The rules governing the awarding of incremental credit for assistant lecturers are dealt with under the terms of circulars 01/05 and 12/07, these circulars were published by my Department in March 2005 and February 2007 respectively. The terms of these circulars continue to be applicable.

The operation of the circulars is a matter for the individual Institutes of Technology.
