To ask the Minister for Health the number of various drugs rehabilitation organisations, clinics and other organisations funded by the HSE in the Dublin north-east area; the roles and responsibilities of each respective entity; the amount of funds they receive on an annual basis; the oversight of the moneys spent; and the outcomes relating to the service users of these organisations.
