To ask the Minister for Health if he will clarify the responsibility of ambulance crews on the transportation of persons to and from their homes, for example their access and egress from the ambulance vehicles; if there an issue with HSE health and safety policy and ambulance personnel helping with egress from vehicles on transporting persons back home; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
