To ask the Minister for Education and Skills if the independent appeals scrutineers have dealt with all of the appeals received in respect of leaving certificate points achieved in 2017; the criteria used for such appeals; the way in which the criteria was set; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the certificate examinations.
