The person named was approved into GLAS 1 with a contract commencement date of 1st October 2015. All 2015 payments have been paid to the applicant along with the 2016 advance payment.

A penalty was applied to the 2016 balancing payment but this has now been resolved. However the resolution of the case requires additional non-routine processing. Work is ongoing to resolve the issue and any payment due will issue to the nominated account as soon as possible.
