To ask the Minister for Health the reason the shop in Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin, is no longer under the management of the hospital; if the internal audit section or the board made the decision; and if so, if he will provide this Deputy with the minutes of the internal audit section in which that decision was made and the minutes of the hospital board meetings since January 2017.
