I propose to take Questions Nos. 196 and 197 together.

The two schools referred to by the Deputy were devolved to the National Development Agency (NDFA) for delivery. The NDFA are waiting written confirmation from the contractor with specific details of the next steps and timelines to full resolution of the roofing issues.

I understand from the NDFA that the contractor remains committed to resolving the matter fully and is continuing to carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on the roof in the interim. Pending the resolution of the outstanding issues full retention monies are being held by the NDFA.
