To ask the Minister for Health the number of children and adolescents waiting zero to three months, three to six months, six to nine months, nine to 12 months, 12 to 18 months, 18 to 24 months and over 24 months for an appointment for child and adolescent mental health services in each of the CHOs, in tabular form, at the end of October 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
