To ask the Minister for Health the number of persons remaining in institutional settings, that is, hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, care homes, nursing homes and so on, longer than their discharge date; if there is a study of instances in which persons are remaining in institutional settings for significant periods of time after their discharge date passes; and if these instances are related to risk of homelessness, in tabular form.
