In accordance with its terms of reference the Commission is due to provide a final report on the the first module of its work, the sale by NAMA of its Northern Ireland loan portfolio known as Project Eagle, by the end of June 2018, subject to section 6 (6) of the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004.
