To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality if there are standard practices in place to ensure companies and semi-State bodies do not discriminate against persons that may be computer illiterate by moving all services online; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will be aware, computer literacy is not a protected ground of discrimination under the Equality Acts. Accordingly, I have no ministerial responsibility in relation to this issue.
