The Department is conducting a review of this application and has contacted the applicant directly on this matter.  The applicant has set out the details as to when he undertook the scanning action on his flock and is forwarding additional information to the Department in this regard. Following receipt of the additional information, the matter will be reviewed and an official from my Department will contact the applicant directly.
