Smart Farming is a voluntary resource efficiency programme led by the Irish Farmers’ Association, in conjunction with the Environmental Protection Agency. As the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government (DHPLG) is the parent Department for the EPA any questions on the initiative are within their competence.

The first progress report on the initiative was published on 16th October and is available at the attached link .
