To ask the Minister for Health the number of emergency cardiac patients from the south east who were referred or transferred for treatment to hospitals in counties Dublin and Cork out of hours, for example, not including the hours primary percutaneous coronary intervention, PPCI, is available in University Hospital Waterford, in each of the years from 2013 to 2016 and to date in 2017, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
