Participants on Community Employment (CE) schemes can retain their Fuel Allowance (FA) and Household Benefit Package (HBP) where they had an entitlement to same prior to commencing on the CE Scheme. The lady in question is in receipt of an Invalidity Pension (IP) including the FA and HBP and will retain both these payments for the duration she is on the CE scheme. Upon completion of the CE scheme, IP will be reinstated upon receipt of a P45 from the lady in question.
