TUSLA has confirmed that 60% of reportedexpulsions in Co. Louth during the academic year2016/2017were from schools based in Drogheda.

Please note that reports have been received for 11 of 18 post-primary schools in Louth. From those 11 schools 10 students have been suspended and of those 10 students, 6 have come from Drogheda schools.

I have been advised by TUSLA that it does not hold any evidence stating that 140 second level students were expelled in County Louth during the academic year 2016/2017.
