To ask the Minister for Health the measures that have been undertaken at a facility (detail supplied) in County Louth following a HIQA dementia care inspection report deeming non-compliance in respect of safeguarding and residents safety; if the restraint management review has been undertaken; if so, the findings of same; if the facility has been given assistance by his Department or the HSE in securing alternative equipment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. To ask the Minister for Health the progress made to date regarding a facility (details supplied) in County Louth which is included in the 90 designated centres that will see investment from Government in order to comply with HIQA; if resources will be allocated in the interim to address ongoing HIQA concerns regarding inadequate storage for both residents and staff; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
