The gentleman in question is in receipt of Invalidity Pension and is in receipt of fuel allowance under the national fuel scheme from the 14 October 2010. His preferred payment option has been changed from weekly to two instalment payments as requested by him with the first instalment issuing to his nominated bank account on the 05 October 2017. The gentleman concerned was notified on the 29 September 2017 of the change in his fuel allowance payments.

I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
