To ask the Minister for Health if, in assessing home care packages for persons being discharged from hospitals, there is an assessment carried out of the home situation; if there is a visit to the person's home to assess the help available, the physical conditions of the person's home and the suitability of the person's home; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
