Mental Health is a priority for this Government. Since 2012, around €140 million has been added to the HSE Mental Health Budget, which now totals over €850 million. This is a significant increase and the Programme for Partnership Governmentgives a clear commitment to further increasing our mental health budget annually, as resources allow, to expand existing services. Further investment in the Mental Health Services will be announced in Budget 2018.
